Welcome to the First Annual, A Cozy Affair, featuring authors Sam Cheever and Carolyn Ridder Aspenson, along with a host of other cozy mystery authors!
Here’s what it’s all about:
WHAT: This fun event will feature an honest to goodness English Tea Party, a multi-author book sale and signing, and buffet dinner followed by an interactive mystery to solve. Along the way, there will be games, lots of chances to visit with your favorite mystery authors, and prizes!
WHEN: Due to restrictions on gatherings, this event has been postponed – Please stay tuned for the new date.
Activities will begin with a tea party and end on Saturday evening with the murder mystery. We’ll post a more detailed schedule soon!
WHERE: A Cozy Affair will be held in Carmel, IN, a beautiful suburb of Indianapolis. Unlike a lot of events of this type, you don’t have to worry about navigating city traffic. You can drive major highways nearly to the hotel door! We do not take hotel registrations or payments for the hotel. Those must be made through the hotel itself. You will find those details on the Facebook page. When you contact the hotel, you must tell them you’re with A Cozy Affair to receive the discounted rate. There will be a post in the Facebook group for those interested in sharing a room. You are responsible for pursuing room sharing if you’re interested.
A Cozy Affair event coordinators have negotiated a special price with the Holiday Inn. The rooms are $139.00 a night, which includes breakfast each day of your stay. When you call to reserve your room, just tell them you’ll be with A Cozy Affair to get this special low price.
HOW MUCH? A Cozy Affair is only $75 for a full day of fun and gifts! You’ll want to grab your spot FAST because we have limited spots available.

Once all spots are filled, we will have a waiting list. We will notify you via email if you’re on the waiting list. Unfortunately, we have a no refund policy as all fees go to cover the costs associated with the event. The authors make no profit from this event.
